幸いなことに、ここ三重県津市美杉町は大きな被害に見舞われることなく台風をやり過ごすことができました。台風の左側で風がさほど強く吹かなかった為だと思われます。ただ、それでもやはり、たわわに実った稲はコケていやしないだろうか、と気になりますね…

台風の風でハスの葉っぱが吹っ飛んだり、折れたり、ちぎれたり、でけっこうボロボロに。飛んだやつやダメな葉っぱを回収して、刻んで天日干ししてお茶にしました。蓮の葉茶！
